ACCRA, GHANA - September 26, 2006 - Rancard Solutions, a leading provider of mobile content
delivery and service management software, has released Rancard Mobility Content Server version
2.1 (also known as RMCS or Content Server).
After successful tests of content delivery to mobile networks in Ghana and Nigeria, Rancard is
ready to expand its mobile platform to providers and networks in other countries.
Service providers currently connected to the platform include My-FON (North End Technology),
and Music Mosaic for content delivery on Tigo and
ONEtouch mobile networks in Ghana. Content delivery
tests have also been carried out successfully on networks in Nigeria.
Significant features of Rancard Mobility Content Server 2.1 include content forward-lock protection
(digital rights management), content adaptation, PIN-redemption, IP filtering, service aggregation
and 3rd party billing integration.
Content Server is available as a hosted application (ASP), allowing service providers to

Through a recent agreement with C3 Ltd. of Cambridge, England, Rancard
content delivery technology may soon be used by clients of C3 in Kenya, Uganda, South Africa, Nigeria,
Sierra Leone, Cameroon and Algeria.

Content Server was first launched on the Tigo network in Ghana in April 2006, delivering
mobile ringtones, videos, wallpaper, realtones, logos, etc.. It will soon also be available in Tigo Sierra Leone.
